J. F. Brokaw House – 628 North Sixth Street

This one and one-half story, L-shaped Tudor Revival style wood-frame house was built in 1929. The building has a concrete foundation with a full basement. The exterior is clad in horizontal wood lap siding on the first floor with shingle siding on the gales. The windows consist of four over one and eight over one double hung wood sash windows on the first floor and six over one double hung wood sash windows along with diamond shaped leaded casements on the first floor.
